Alicia is a fully qualified fitness instructor and registered Zumba instructor. She has over five years experience of teaching a wide variety of fitness classes in Cornwall including aerobics, step, combat, toning and Zumba classes. Her passion is to motivate people to enjoy exercise and be proud of their achievements.

Working as a psychologist for the National Health Service, Alicia understands the importance of maintaining a balance of a healthy body and a healthy mind. She will motivate you to get the best results from her classes. Alicia understands that confidence can be a barrier to fitness, and she will support you to get the best out of her classes. Mixing her ability to motivate people to work to their potential with her enthusiasm and love of teaching fitness classes, her aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals and enjoy yourself as you do it!
