Kelly didn’t join the fitness world until her mid-thirties when she decided to change her lifestyle. She lost over 3 stone in weight and discovered a love of exercise and nutrition.
She went to college to become a Gym Instructor and a Level Three Personal Trainer. Kelly is qualified in teaching Kettlebells, Suspension Training (TRX) and Cardio Cycling. She is currently doing a degree in Exercise, Health and Fitness.
Kelly strongly believes fitness should be for everyone and enjoys introducing ladies to weight training. She also runs the Slim Gym and specializes in Cardio Cycling where she takes no prisoners!
