Rhea

Rhea became interested in exercise by joining the gym as a member first. She’s currently completing a degree in Exercise, Health and Fitness to further her interest in strength and conditioning.

Rhea is a big fan of Les Mills and teaches both Body Pump and Grit (Did we mention she loves Les Mills classes).

When she’s not teaching you’ll find her in a CrossFit box.  Fun fact: She can overhead squat her bodyweight!
