Sara is a highly qualified Personal Trainer who specialises in rehab. She believes health and nutrition work hand in hand and is keen to impart this knowledge on all who will listen!
She likes to push her clients and she doesn’t hold back herself, regularly competing in challenges such as triathlons and half marathons. She has a love of knowledge and is constantly taking her training in new directions within the fitness industry.
Sara has a BSc (Hon) in Sports Performance and Coaching, FScd in Personal Training, Level 4 in Cardiac Rehab, Mental Health and Diabetes and Obesity. She is also a lecturer and assessor at Truro College for the Level Three Personal Trainers, Spin instructors and many more!
